How it started
No.1 Electrical Service was founded in 2010 by Jimmy Zhou, a licensed electrician and Level 2 Accredited Service Provider who built the business one job at a time across Sydney's south and inner west.
His reputation was earned the old-fashioned way: turning up, doing the work properly, and being straight with people about what it would cost. Word of mouth did the rest. Many of the customers who called for a single power point years ago still call today for their businesses, their investment properties and their kids' first homes.
Where we are today
The business is still family owned and run, with the same standards and the same attention to the paperwork. Solar and battery storage have become the largest part of what customers ask for, and we hold the Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation to design and install them, alongside our Level 2 accreditation for the network side. Better tools, faster quotes and a simpler way to get in touch, with nothing lost.
We are proud to serve a community that includes many Chinese-speaking families and business owners. If you are more comfortable in Chinese (中文), just say so when you call.

We call if we are running late. Small thing, but it is how trust is built.
