When you call, text, email or submit a form we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or property address, and details about the electrical work you need. If you choose to upload or text us photos of your property, we use them only to understand and quote the job.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To schedule and carry out electrical work at your property
• To lodge required paperwork with network operators (for example, notifications of service work) and issue compliance certificates
• To keep records we are required to keep by law

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to do the job: with electricity network operators and your retailer for connection and metering work, and with the service providers that host this website and its contact form.

How it is stored

Form submissions, including any photos and the page you enquired from, are stored by our form provider and in our business email. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to delete it when it is no longer needed.

Access and correction

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing no.1electricalservice@gmail.com.
