Your service line is the cable that brings power from the street network to your property. We install, repair and upgrade both overhead and underground service connections for homes, units, shops and industrial sites across Sydney.
Whether you're building new, adding a granny flat, replacing a damaged or sagging overhead line, or moving your connection underground for a cleaner look and better storm protection, we handle the whole job as an accredited Level 2 provider.
We coordinate with the network operator, arrange any required outages, install the connection to current standards and issue your compliance certificate on completion.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a new connection take?
Simple overhead connections are often completed in a day. Underground connections take longer because of trenching and conduit work. Once we've seen the site we'll give you a clear timeline in writing.
Can you convert my overhead connection to underground?
Yes. This is one of the most common Level 2 jobs we do. It tidies up the street front and reduces the risk of storm and tree damage.
